USAVRCN will annually select up to five recipients of its Early Career Vaccinologist component to the Network.
The specific goal of the ECV program will be to assist with the development of the careers of talented early stage (within five years of receiving a doctoral degree) vaccine researchers from academia, government, and industry, and to provide recognition and incentivize engagement within the USAVRCN community. Mentoring members early in their career positions them for fruitful research careers and helps create a next generation of vaccinologists who will be responsible for advancing the field of vaccinology and assume leadership roles in the USAVRCN and research community.
ECV recipients will be selected through a competitive process by a USAVRCN panel weighing candidate's experience, vision, accomplishments, and commitment to the field of vaccinology.
The current deadline for ECV program application is Open.
