Initial funding for the USAVRCN is provided by USDA NIFA in a five-year award. Funds from this award are distributed to the University of Connecticut as the hosting institution and currently are the bias for all Network-supported activites, including Board and USAVRCN Ambassador travel awards, Early-Career vaccinologist awards, and Advanced Vaccines Fellowship awards.
